Recently installed, but so far great. Slides smoothly, as long as I pull from the upper area of the arm. My CPU is a mini and therefore fairly light weight, so if I grab too far down it doesn't want to glide. Would be handy if there was a little pull or handle welded there. But such a minor detail. Probably not an issue for typical CPU sizes.

Put the pads in otherwise the CPU will fall out if your VGA cable is too short. (Installation user error, not product error). I may get a second one for the UPS.
