Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC (USA) SHIPPING:

Uncaged Ergonomics wants you to receive your order as quickly as possible.  Below are answers to some common questions:

  • When Will We Ship Your Order? In general, we ship orders within 1 business day.  
  • When Will You Receive Your Order? Our fulfilment center is near the west coast. FREE shipping is usually via FedEx Ground and takes about:
    3 business days to arrive in the middle of the USA
    5 business days to arrive on the east coast
  • What orders ship FREE? We offer free ground shipping on orders $39+ shipping to mainland USA physical addresses.  
    Because of higher shipping costs, we are NOT able to offer free shipping to PO Boxes, AK, HI & Foreign Countries.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping rates posted on Uncaged Ergonomics' website cover the freight only. Local duties/taxes/charges levied by customs, governments, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.  If buyers elect not to receive a shipped package and the package is returned to Uncaged Ergonomics, Uncaged Ergonomics will deduct the full cost of shipping from any refunds the customer is eligible for.

 

RETURN POLICY:
Uncaged Ergonomics strives for happy, satisfied customers.  We have a 30-day, "no questions asked" return window starting the day your order is delivered.  In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, email a return/exchange request within 30 days after receiving your products to hello@uncagedergonomics.com.

If you return a damaged product (scratched, broken, etc.) we reserve the right to use our professional discretion to partially refund your purchase depending on the severity of the damage. 

DETAILS:

    • Receipts are required for refunds and returns.
    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
    • All returned products remain the property of Uncaged Ergonomics.  Shipping costs will not be paid or reimbursed by Uncaged Ergonomics.
    • We reserve the right to offer partial refunds for damaged products.
