Well when I received the item in a timely manner I was quite pleased. When I viewed the carton it was somewhat damaged so I thought at first was going to be a damaged item inside but it wasn’t thankfully. Once I set up the item and after some adjustments it was just as it was advertised. So far so good. Thanks you for your follow up.

I now have three of these elevated work surfaces scattered around my home. One is set up for holding needlework graphs; another supports my laptop on my desk so I don’t get neck strain looking down; the newest is for reading or doing whatever, wherever. The reason I have separate stations is because I find the set up clumsy, the page with suggested settings is somewhere between inaccurate and unreliable. A setting that works on one side may need to be different on the other side to get balance. Once I get the station in the position I want/need, I don’t want to go through the bother of altering. Other than that, I really like this product. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and flexible.
