Multi-Layer Acoustic Wall Construction
The Office Pod features an aluminum frame, steel panels, 60 mm acoustic insulation, polyester-fiber interior boards, tempered glass, and carpeted flooring to help reduce noise and distractions. Note: The pod is designed for sound reduction, not complete soundproofing. Acoustic performance varies depending on noise levels, placement, and the surrounding environment.

Are the pods completely soundproof?
No. Office Pods help reduce sound transfer and enhance speech privacy, but they are not completely soundproof.
Which size should I choose?
Small for one-person calls and focus, Working for a longer private workstation, Medium for two-person meetings, and Large for meetings of up to six.
How much ceiling clearance is needed?
The finished pod is 90.6 in high. Plan about 12 in of overhead clearance for assembly.
Will the crate fit through a normal door?
Not necessarily. Components may need uncrating at the delivery point before moving to the installation area.
What does delivery include?
Free curbside LTL delivery in the lower 48 with liftgate service and an appointment. Moving inside and assembly are separate unless installation is arranged.
What furniture is included?
The Small pod includes a wall-mounted table. Working, Medium and Large are supplied empty so you can furnish them for their use.
What power, lighting and ventilation are built in?
Every pod has dual fans and LED lighting that switch on with presence and can be controlled by hand, plus a power panel with 2 AC outlets, 2 USB-A ports and 2 USB-C ports up to 20 W.
What warranty is included?
5 years on the frame and 2 years on the electrical system.
